We’re glad you asked! Simply gather up items in your house that have a minimum value of $75 or more (each), complete the online form and schedule your free consultation.

You will be paired with your very own Marketplace Middleman who will do a 30 minute - 1 hour consultation to see if we can assist you with our service. Moving forward, your Marketplace Middleman will then set an appointment to assess your items and log the inventory (by taking photos & writing short descriptions of each item). 

Within 24/48 hours your Marketplace Middleman will provide you with an Inventory Sheet that has:

           1.   A detailed report of price comps for your items 

           2.   Suggested selling price ranges

           3.   Local vs. Shipping Platform suggestions

                       Note: Shipping Platforms take a % of the sale

Once you sign off on this Inventory Sheet, your items will be listed on multiple online selling platforms. We will handle all buyer inquiries, schedule pickup day/times (or shipments) and close the sale. 

If we don’t sell your items within 60 days, your Marketplace Middleman will reach back out to you and you can choose one of the following options:

1. Drop your sales price
2. Donate your item
3. Marketplace Middleman, LLC will return the item in the condition in which it was taken 

Anything that has a value of $75 or more and is from a non-smoking home, without pet hair/smell,  items that are not damaged, torn, broken or stained.

Look throughout your home and see what items are: new with tags, unopened, barely used, high end name brands, antiques, vintage, unique, artsy, quality. People want to buy a treasure and believe it or not, you have tons of these items already in your house.  

Furniture, art pieces, exercise equipment, appliances, purses, shoes, jackets, hats, baby items, sports memorabilia, musical instruments, bicycles, cameras, rugs, light fixtures, tools, lawn equipment, the list goes on. 

Items Sold Locally: After an item has been sold locally, Marketplace Middleman, LLC will mail you a check within 3 business days.

Items Sold Online With Shipping: After an item has been sold, shipped, and received by the buyer, Marketplace Middleman, LLC will hold your money until a 30 day return period (for the buyer) has been reached at which point, Marketplace Middleman, LLC will send you a check. Note: Online shipping platforms take a % of the sale

There is no upfront cost for the service. Marketplace Middleman, LLC will receive 40% of all sales.
